Be a Psychologist to you self.Why ? first go to a psychologist is expensive and then the time bcos sometimes the psychologist anwer is the same with our thougt bcos we're the owner of the problem we know the root of it,but rememmber we must be objective don't be expanded and the last is we feel like opening disgrace if tell our problem to somebody .
Steps to be A Self Healing are :
1.Acknowledge that we have a problem (mengakui)
2.Accepted ourself (menerima).
3.Apply the problem by (melakukan)
-What the real probem ?don't be mixed or continued whit the other one,be honest(Cognitive Theraphy)
- Why it could be happened ? maybe bcos of our past
- Minimize the problem .
- What i can do to solve it
4 .Affirmation (memperkuat diri)
Get 'The Power Of Intention ' (Kekuatan Niat )
